Robeo:

The first born of each family is sent to Ryonic at their sixth name day where they progress through four years of general study. Extracurricular programs are also provided based upon family interest, and help to prepare children for skill selection and professions. At the tenth name day they are sent to the pre-military training grounds and receive militant training in addition to advanced studies based upon skill selection and profession of family. This process helps to maintain the caste system, for the majority of the population, however provides a higher learning that would produce more efficient worker. For example a family whose profession is that of carpentry, would yield a student who practices advanced study in carpentry and apprentices with the carpenters guild. After the third year in the pre-military training, the students are either placed into a profession based upon what was learned from the master guildsmen, placed into an excelled collegiate school for those who showed excellent progress in schooling, or placed into the entry level military program.
Exceptions result from students who at yearly exams surpass the practical and theoretical testing placed by the instructors and master guildsmen. This allows for a unique opportunity for individuals to move out of social castes and climb to higher social levels. However, for those who perform below standard levels and show signs of negligence and destructive behaviors are dropped from the caste system and absorbed into the military as nameless. The family of a nameless is given a stipend and the child is treated as though it were dead.
For the individuals who are placed into a profession they work for one or two more years, depending upon their performance. The further they stay with the master guildsmen the more profitable their craft becomes. After completion of their apprenticeship, they are released back to their families. A student who completes their full level of apprenticeship is fifteen at this time. Those who continue on to the collegiate schooling go through a six year education that provides learning in all aspects of life in the social system of the Robeon government. Some of these aspects include studies of the natural world which graduate students into pre-wyzarding guilds, studies of the body which graduate students into the healers guild, or militant studies which produce students that re-enter the military in a high office level.
For those students who pass into the entry-level military and for those who join as high-office level years later, a road awaits them in the neighboring district of ???? Here the military is trained at the Ordun Flats. The Robeon government pays for the training of their army for exchange of the mined products in the mountains of ????? The Ordun Flats is the largest military district in all of Diragassu with the exception of The Land of Cyr. In addition to the students, the Ordun Flats is populated by multiple dignitaries from other districts, all of the instructors employed by the King Brothers, and the citizens of the Ordun Flats.
After a four year entry program students graduate to soldiers. Should the soldier choose at that time to de-enlist and return to their family, they do so with the demotion of returning into the caste system at whatever level they had earned from the master guildsmen. Many find a life of bounty as hired protection or thugs. If the new soldier chooses to stay enlisted a handsome reward is sent to the family of the child, and they are placed on the payroll of active status, and placed under command of a Robeon Officer. The Brother Kings of ????? pay a small addition to the officers of the Robeon army when they are in training which usually results in large groups of Robeon officers returning for training as often as they can. The King of Robeo welcomes this constant training, to keep his army sharp and ready, though is never suspicious of the losses of his best soldiers.
The value of having the soldiers there for ?????? is that the best of the best can be handpicked and recruited into the ?????? army. This ensures that the instructors and soldiers that are providing the new enlists and continuous flow of students are of the highest caliber of soldier. This also provides the Ordun Flats with an extraordinary army to patrol the buffer zone of the ???????? Mountain Range.
The Ryonic Cathedral can at any time step in and remove students to enlist them into their services up until the point that they relist as ????? soldiers. Usually only the most prominent families can pay the way for their children to join the Soldiers of the Cloth, at a young age. More often the cathedral will recruit students after their fifteenth nameday and throughout their careers. The cathedral holds even a higher power than the king, answering only to the godstheir disciples under go rigorous training and purification. They provide a second faction of the military, and protect the interests of the Robeon people as they see fit from the translations of prophecy and holy texts. Their army is not large in numbers, but their justice is absolute, and therefore dangerous.
